Please accept this note of praise (and gratitude) for an employee in your office, Ms. Shelley Atkinson. My husband and I have never worked with your agency before and we are thrilled to do so, especially because of her. 

Shelley worked with me to book a Seabourn cruise to New Zealand and Australia, one of those bucket list items for me, and she worked diligently to get us on a trip despite the fact that there were few options available. She kept us on track and provided excellent advice. You may recall the day when our flight to Atlanta was delayed to the point we couldn't make a connecting flight to the west coast in time to make the flight to Australia and New Zealand. All through this process, Shelley was in contact on the phone providing guidance, troubleshooting with Seabourn, and reaching out to any contact she could think of, unfortunately to no avail. However, and this is very big, she coached us through the entire process of requesting documentation to submit to the travel company, and even tried to get us booked on a subsequent cruise. Shelley was there for us every step of the way, holding my hand, and doing everything possible to reduce our stress level and not lose money. I cannot emphasize what an impact this had on my life!

Since the time I submitted all of the documentation for our trip reimbursement, Shelley has acted as an intermediary with the insurance company and has gotten their attention when I could not. I very much consider her efforts a success and am singing her praises to all my traveling friends.

Shelley has shown me what excellent customer service is, and we've already booked 2 other cruises for this summer. Again, I am so thankful that I was lucky enough to get her when I walked into your office.
